 Steps

Passport:

• Open account on Irembo website (or use an Agent in Rwanda to open account)
• Submit documents (Applicant ID) and make Payment on IREMBO
• Wait for SMS or Email from Irembo indicating that you visit the High Commission for Biometrics capturing
• Finally wait for contact from the High Commission to Collect Passport

ID Application:

• Open account on Irembo website (or use an Agent in Rwanda to open account)
• Submit documents (eg. Parents IDs) and  Make Payment on IREMBO
• Wait for SMS or Email from Irembo indicating that you visit the High Commission for Biometrics capturing
• Finally wait for contact from the High Commission to Collect ID card.

Power of Attorney

• Open account on Irembo (or use an Agent in Rwanda to open account)
• Wait for SMS or Email asking for original documents to be brought to the High Commission for approval
• Wait for Email sending applicant final stamped documents
